Refund & Cancellation Policy

At White Camel, we believe in delivering flexible, transparent, and fair policies that respect our guests’ needs — while also ensuring the safety, preparation, and commitment of our staff and partners.

This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, reschedules, or cancellations may apply.

1. Customer Cancellations

 

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour.
 

If you notify us 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for:

  • A full refund

  • Or a free rescheduling of your tour (subject to availability)

 

Cancellations within 24 hours
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your payment is non-refundable as resources (vehicles, guides, permits) have already been allocated.

 

No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive or cannot be contacted at the pickup location will be considered “no-shows” and are not eligible for a refund.

2. Rescheduling

 

You may reschedule your tour once at no charge if notice is given at least 24 hours before departure. Short-notice rescheduling may incur a small fee or may not be guaranteed.

3. Tour Cancellations by White Camel

 

In rare situations, we may cancel or postpone a tour due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Safety risks

  • Technical issues or unforeseen operational disruptions

 

In such cases, we offer:

  • A 100% refund, or

  • The option to reschedule your tour at no extra cost

4. Partial Refunds & Adjustments

  • Guests who voluntarily leave a tour early are not eligible for partial refunds.

  • If a tour is shortened due to weather or operational issues, a partial refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed via your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

  • For cash payments, refunds are arranged through in-person coordination or secure transfer
